Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in conducting BLS and ACLS training, with preferred background in healthcare or academic training coordination, and proven ability to manage multiple courses and operational tasks efficiently.
Education
Bachelors of Science (BS,BDS,BSc) Preference will be given to those who are American Heart Association Certificate Holders (AHA-C)
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The instructor is responsible for organizing, conducting, and managing multiple courses and training sessions, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, HBB, CPR Awareness, and NRP. This role ensures timely and efficient execution of courses with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and operational effectiveness.
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Instructor conduct monthly 4 to 6 BLS course trainings on time and with 80% efficiency.
- Ensure that a minimum of 6 students are registered for each course training and the AHA certified courses material is shared at least 21 days before the training is conducted.
- Organize a minimum of 4 to 6 BLS and Basic Resuscitation Skills Course and 1 to 2 of each advanced course. (ACLS/PALS/HBB/CPR Awareness/NRP) in a month and supervise the team members to ensure 100% course arrangements are complete.
- Prepare 100% updated record keeping for the all courses and workshops (trained students in the courses and instructor).
- After complete the AHA certified courses complete the paper work according to checklist and send to BoschMedicus. (proper handing taking)
- Perform departmental operational tasks. (finalizing venue, & Instructors, Organizing the Class room, arranging refreshments and IT equipment and printing of course conducting material) with 80% effectiveness.
- Maintain 80% updated summary report of departmental working and budget.
- Maintain the monthly and annually department activity report
- Maintain the data of monthly deduction courses fees who candidate registered/attend the ELS-IRTC Courses.
- Maintain the data of petty cash.
- Monthly Indent department stationary and working on printing certificates for local courses.
- Proper communication (involving providing course information and resolving queries) during Telephonic and reception Dialing.
- Cleaning /Maintenance of the department.
- Mannequin cleaning and maintenance (mannequin cleaning after conducting every course)
- Course Equipment’s maintenance (Proper handing taking over)
- Mutual respect and proper communication with department coworkers.
