Job Description
- Oversee all maintenance and repair of TIH's facilities performed by maintenance crews. Conduct facility inspections and coordinate and plan the maintenance schedule.
- Develop, implement and manage annual work plans for maintenance. Maintain, approve and monitor weekly work schedules.
- Plan, organize, direct and inspect work of crew. Supervise and evaluate performance, provide daily supervision and interaction with team.
- Develop, review and manage various budgets, and support the supervisor in the development of statistical reports and the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Develop, and manage yearly goals of all facilities.
- Coordinate with project office regarding expansion tasks and proiects.
- Review plans and make recommendations as to maintenance and operation of new facilities prior to and during construction.
- Provide and qualify estimates of labor and material costs for maintenance repairs. Plan and conduct meetings with team to ensure conformance with accepted standards based on departmental goals and objectives.
