Job Description

  • Obtain, review and reconcile all the documents for further process as per the controlled formats and SOPs
  • Ensure to follow work process / cycle from initialization till the completion of the documentation
  • Ensure that accurate information is distributed throughout the organization within set timelines
  • Liaising with all departments & stakeholders for obtaining endorsed paperwork for further submission to the PSM & Finance Team
  • Process documentation inline with the set turn around timelines (TAT) of each department
  • Prepare monthly & quarterly reports & metrics as per the statistical data of the TAT achieved, challenges and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship within the team
  • To work with technical documents like blueprints, reports, agreements, contracts and any other document
  • Responsible for sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents professionally and to produce efficiently when needed.
  • Conduct regular reviews and document audits and maintain version control of all documents, including changes and updates. Support internal and external audits as needed.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexible and open to adapt the change
  • Implement efficient workflow process, monitor daily activity, and implement modifications
Effective negotiation skills & ability to persuade to reach to mutual agreement for efficient process
