Job Description:
To provide administrative logistics for the PCP sites in the domain of clinical operations – CHD.
· Monitor implementation of administrative SOPs of the department and take relevant loop in
case of non-compliance/observations
· Develop vigorous mechanism of follow-up for monitoring and implementation of work
processes; prepare and present compliance reports
· Provide administrative support in accreditations/registration/licensing work of the health care
facilities
· To prepare Quality Audit reports, propose action plans, and coordinate with the relevant stake
holders for quality improvement and define monitoring mechanisms for ongoing compliance
against the standards.
· Identify administrative training needs and conduct training sessions of respective staff, in lieu of
standardization of processes across the health care facilities. This may include liaison with
respective services and departments.
Carry out regular field visits to sites in community settings whenever required. ·
Ability to work effectively in teams and establish harmonious working relations at the place of work. ·
