Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Midwife will be responsible for assisting staff Nurse & Medical Officer for smooth running of Labor Room. Must help in normal deliveries of patient.
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure Labor Room table/ bed are prepared; linens are changed for new patient.
- Provide hygienic environment, assist in travelling to washrooms.
- Assist in ambulating the patient.
- Ensure cleanliness of equipment in Labor room.
- Perform other duties as assigned by HOD.
