                   JOB SUMMARY:

  • Trainer will be responsible for conducting BLS,ACLS,PALS,NRP and HBB Courses.
  • Must possess the ability to plan, organize and coordinate assigned activities effectively and efficiently.
  • Applicant preferably be proficient in Clinical skills, should have interest in teaching and instructions. He/ She should have good presentation, English Language and Communication Skills and should be a good team player

TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethics with students, colleagues and the community.
  • Conduct training according to AHA design material
  • Coordinate with other trainers, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Assembling and disassembling of equipment such as mannequins
  • Distribution of class materials to class
  • Deliver courses by facilitating video presentations, lectures, hands-on skills demonstrations.
  • Teach curriculum according to AHA requirements, test students and conduct remediation as needed.
  • Complete post-course rosters and/or paperwork.
  • Participate in appropriate professional development and training, knowledge and instructional methods.
  • Responsible to perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records (AHA Files) of the students, documentation, maintaining certificates, etc.
