Job Description

• Ensure all orders and instructions from the Team lead are implemented.
• Assign and supervise duties to Security Guards.
• Supervise and maintain discipline among staff.
• Recommend personnel for hiring, confirmation, promotion and removal from service.
• Manage leaves and schedules of staff; maintain attendance.
• Develop and implement monthly duty roster and schedule.
• Ensure all incidents are immediately reported to the Team Lead.
• Liaise with Security Officer to ensure duties are carried out efficiently.
• Perform all tasks assigned by the Supervisor / management.
