Job Description

  1. Responsible to evaluates pest control situations by inspecting conditions; identifying infestations and determining causes; analyzing treatment; prevention, pest management; and elimination options.
  2. Organize, plan and prioritize daily work activities for staff to ensure efficiency and timely completion of pest control tasks.
  3. Assist & provide continuous on job trainings to staff /supervisor and advise to participate in on-going in-house trainings.
  4. Responsible to submit month end performance reports on 3rd of every month.
  5. Responsible to supervise, direct pest control staff to treat and exterminate rodents and insects that infest TIH/outreach units. Visit & monitor TIH outreach units pest control activities as per system or as directed by HOD.
  6. Investigate pest control related complaints and initiate corrective action / treatment and provide feedback to management.
  7. Responsible to ensure that Indus code of conduct / confidentiality of sensitive issues is strictly followed and code of conduct breach will result serious disciplinary action.
  8. Responsible to monitors the safe storage & usage of fumigation chemicals as established TIH-HK policies.
  9. Responsible for staff continuous monitoring related to staff personal hygiene / grooming and handle staff complaints, behavioral or attitude problems or if any staff require counselling/reprimand by coordinating with HOD / HR.
  10. Ensure implementation of HK-pest control SOPs and effectively monitor operational standards and maintain appropriate documentations and required data.
  11. Daily continuously assigned facility inspection/round (Inner & outer area) and maintain records.
  12. Responsible to use approved pest control chemical formulas / equipment during pest control treatment process.
  13. Maintain statutory requirements and codes of good working practices in connection with the HK-Pest Control SOPs
  14. HK-Pest Control staff must work with correct PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) and follow hand wash protocol, before and after completion of pest control treatment / inspection of the assigned area.
  15. Maintaining safety of all pest control equipments & standards/protocols & ensure all equipment are in operating condition; initiate required repair.
  16. Liaise with other departments on matters relating to pest control services in a professional manner and consent before initiation of pest control services from designated area on duty incharge/supervisor as per establish protocol.
  17. Maintain 100% accurate and complete daily records of pest control-intra & inter as well as HK-pest control/monitoring system.
  18. Prepare PR & maintain pest control goods receiving log and follow/maintain inventory as per system.
Any other task assigned by TL / HK management.
