Job Description
- Data Collection and compilation through qualitative (In-depth interviews and focus group) and quantitative (questionnaires/surveys) techniques
- Update data on a weekly or monthly basis
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data through statistical methods
- Data analysis using SPSS and Stata
- Mobilize field workers to collect data
- Supervise and manage field workers
- Assist in writing proposals, papers, reports and forms.
- Managing inventory at different sites
- Hiring and training of field workers
- Prepare presentation slides for the managers meeting
- Travelling within and outside the city for monitoring purposes
- Provide support to field staff in implementing, monitoring and data quality assurance.
- Comply with organizations policies and practices.
- Maintain moral and ethical conduct.
