Education

MBBS with valid registration of PMC/PMDC and Masters in Health Care Management / Public Health or related equivalent field.

Job Description

• Find ways and means to improve patient care.
• Periodic monitoring and evaluation of PHC facilities.
• Ensure improved clinical flow.
• Supervise day to day management of medical records.
• Supervision and training of doctors and staff in PHC facilities.
• Oversee daily clinical operational activities of centers.
• Develop effective patient complaint redressal system.
• Develop conducive enabling environment for adverse event reporting.
• Bring about changes in evaluation forms leading to better analysis of clinical operations.
