Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Budgeting: To provide functional guidance to campuses management for preparation of yearly budgets, includes CAPEX and OPEX, Regular monitoring through meeting and reporting of implementation of approved budgets. Liaise with head office finance and relevant committees for approval of budgets.

Departmental Meetings: Regular meeting with head office relevant department to ensure and provide timely guidance to off-campuses departments.

Monitoring & Reporting: Development and implementation of a monitoring tolls for network activities & KPI’S.

Operational Audit: Review & provide the feedback of all internal and external audits related to operation of campus. Implement and ensure the closer of audit observations.

Expansions & Projects: To Liaise with all stakeholder for planning and implementation of any expansion/ projects, budgeting and its implementation.
