Job Description
- Support the IHHN HR management in the implementation of HR-related policies, procedures and practices at outreach locations; ensure all policies are in line with IHHN
- Coordinate and communicate with relevant personnel at the IHHN HR department updating staff at Outreach sites.
- Assist employees at off-campus outreach stations with routine inquiries by coordinating with IHHN HR staff; refer complex situations or issues to supervisor.
- Assist Training Coordinator in scheduling and coordinating Training sessions and programs.
- Coordinate with the HI Department with regards to system upgrades, troubleshooting, issues and suggestions related to the HMIS and the HR web portal.
- Participate with Human Resources Team and others on internal and organization projects.
- Perform all tasks assigned by the Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Head of Department.
