To scrutinize each patient at the time of admission / Procedure / OPD Visit on the bases of standardized patient Assessment Form and decide the patient's status clearly; Zakat or donation.

The officer will be assisting in the evaluation of all patients at TIH regarding their capacity to afford treatment, and status to served free of cost through donations or Zakat funds.

By this scrutiny PWOs will decide status of all patients clearly; zakat or donation then will take wakalahnama (agency) from only Mustahiq e Zakat patients.

To refer and guide patients to outsourced facilities (e.g. CT MRI, blood arrangement etc.) through standard procedures and referral forms.

To guide patients referred for medical treatment as per MOUs signed with various parties / donors etc. Ambulance arrangement services, for patients facilitation.

To assist and cooperate shariah department in lyadat program and preparing "Karguzari" report for Shariah Compliance Department.
