The Deputy Manager will be responsible for primary care program activities in accordance with the mission, vision and goals of the Indus Hospital and Health Network
Oversee the implementation of key programmatic components of the primary care program
2. Liaise with all departments of CHD and IHHN for program related activities as required
3. Liaise and timely communicate with stakeholders (public and private hospital leadership, donors etc.) for transparency of the project, and develop plans based on challenges in implementation of services
4. Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
5. Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
6. Ensure the quality and integrity of team members and field work through training and monitoring
7. Conduct routine site visits to cover all intervention sites as per requirement.
8. Provide input into the conceptual direction of the program, including contributions to writing appropriate grant applications
9. Identify funding opportunities for research and activities
10. Work with the team to synthesize work plans, timelines, budgets, and reporting across multiple sites
11. Performance of other duties as assigned
