Clinical Nursing Instructor - Dera Bugti Based - Nursing Services

Experience

At least 2 years of relevant clinical nursing/midwifery experience. Experience in clinical teaching, training, or staff development will be preferred.

Education

BScN/Post RN BScN from a recognized institution. MSN/MSc Nursing or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage. Valid PNC registration is required.

Job Description

  • Conduct clinical teaching, orientation, in-service education, and competency-based training for nursing and midwifery staff.
  • Assess and monitor clinical competencies and provide mentorship and feedback.
  • Conduct bedside teaching and clinical rounds to promote safe, evidence-based practice.
  • Identify training needs based on clinical observations, audits, incidents, and quality indicators.
  • Support implementation of nursing, midwifery, patient safety, and infection prevention standards.
  • Develop and maintain competency checklists, training materials, and educational resources.
  • Maintain records of staff training, competency assessments, and certifications.
  • Support quality improvement, clinical audits, research, and evidence-based nursing and midwifery practice.
  • Prepare training reports and presentations for Nursing Management.
  • Perform other clinical education and professional development activities as assigned
