Responsible for planning, executing, and supervising retail-based fundraising initiatives to achieve assigned donation targets. The role involves overseeing Donation Collection Centers, cultivating relationships with individual and community donors, and enhancing fundraising performance through innovative campaigns, collaborations, and engagement activities. The incumbent ensures operational efficiency, transparency, and brand consistency across all retail fundraising channels.
