Experience

Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, misconduct, and disciplinary matters across the hospital.
- Lead and conduct fair, timely, and thorough investigations into employee complaints, harassment allegations, policy violations, and workplace disputes.
- Advise and coach managers and supervisors on appropriate handling of performance issues, disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution.
- Develop, review, and update employee relations policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to ensure alignment with labor laws and best practices.
- Ensure organizational compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies, minimizing legal and reputational risk.
- Manage the disciplinary and grievance process end-to-end, including documentation, hearings, show-cause notices, and final decisions in coordination with HR Head and legal counsel where needed.
- Track, analyze, and report employee relations metrics (grievances, disciplinary actions, turnover trends) to HR Head, recommending corrective actions where needed.
- Support exit interview processes and analyze findings to identify trends impacting employee retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all employee relations cases and outcomes.
- Promote a culture of open communication and ethical conduct in line with IHHN's mission and values.
- Stay current on changes in labor law, healthcare sector employment practices, and employee relations trends, updating internal practices accordingly.
Skills
- Should have strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices relevant to Pakistan and the healthcare sector.
- Should have strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and case documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
