Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily laboratory operations ensuring compliance with CAP standards, regulatory requirements, quality control, method validation, SOP adherence, laboratory safety, and effective oversight of pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical processes.
- Recruit, supervise, and train technical and administrative staff, ensuring competency assessments, ongoing training, and compliance.
- Support the Laboratory Manager in costing, budgeting, procurement of equipment and supplies, vendor coordination, and implementation of new testing methodologies in accordance with CAP documentation and validation requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: BS-MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology), MBA (Preferred)
- Experience: 08-10 years experience working within a CAP accredited Clinical Laboratory in a similar role.
