Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in HR, quality assurance, compliance, or process improvement.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a relevant discipline.
Job Description
Sound understanding of HR policies, procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of and/or experience working with recognized quality, accreditation, and sustainability standards, including ISO, Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC), Joint Commission International (JCI), and Sustainability Standards.
Experience in supporting compliance assessments, internal audits, documentation reviews, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Ability to monitor compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and established quality standards.
Experience in identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvement and supporting the implementation of quality initiatives.
Strong analytical, documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related workplace tools.
