Job Description

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Network Rabies Task Force.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Monitor the Task Force workplan and track implementation of agreed activities.
  • Coordinate communication with network hospitals, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain related documentation, technical records, SOPs, and correspondence.
  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, briefing notes, and management updates.
  • Coordinate trainings, workshops, stakeholder consultations, and field visits.
  • Support planning, implementation, monitoring, and logistics of rabies prevention projects.
  • Coordinate travel, procurement requests, and other operational requirements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Task Force Chair or supervisor.
