Job Description
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Network Rabies Task Force.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Monitor the Task Force workplan and track implementation of agreed activities.
- Coordinate communication with network hospitals, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain related documentation, technical records, SOPs, and correspondence.
- Prepare progress reports, presentations, briefing notes, and management updates.
- Coordinate trainings, workshops, stakeholder consultations, and field visits.
- Support planning, implementation, monitoring, and logistics of rabies prevention projects.
- Coordinate travel, procurement requests, and other operational requirements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Task Force Chair or supervisor.
