Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all food supplies received, stored, and distributed.
- Ensure food is stored in a safe, hygienic manner in accordance with BISP guidelines and any relevant food safety regulations.
- Regularly inspect food supplies to ensure they remain in good condition, identifying any spoilage or damage, and reporting issues immediately.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery and distribution of food supplies.
- Regulate the flow of people during food distribution events, ensuring that everyone follows proper procedures.
- Guide beneficiaries, provide instructions, and address any concerns or questions related to food distribution.
- Ensure that all crowd control activities adhere to BISP’s policies and local regulations.
