Job Description
Executive - Employer Branding & Graphics Designer is a creative and data-driven position to help us tell our company’s story. In this role, you will champion our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) by crafting visually stunning campaigns across digital and print media. You will bridge the gap between HR and Marketing, ensuring our corporate culture and career opportunities stand out to the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
- Bring the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life through compelling, audience-relevant designs.
- Design engaging visuals for recruitment campaigns across social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram,).
- Create internal and external branding materials, including career fair booths, employee onboarding kits, and employer brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build employer brand awareness and attract passive candidates.
2. Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design and execute high-quality static graphics, infographics, and illustrations.
- Assist in the production of motion graphics, video editing, and animated posts for digital platforms.
- Produce marketing collateral according to brand guidelines and given design briefs.
- Manage design projects from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
3. Employee Engagement & Internal Communications
- Develop visually engaging materials for internal events, town halls, employee newsletters, and recognition programs.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) campaigns internally and externally through purposeful design.
