Job Description

The Executive - LMS Content Designer and Administrator is to develop engaging e-learning modules and manage the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System. Responsibilities include building interactive courses, uploading content, managing user access, and tracking learner analytics to ensure training goals are met

 1. E-Learning & Content Design

  • Design and develop interactive, learner-centric digital courses using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise 360, Articulate Storyline, Canva)
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex source material into easily understandable and visually engaging modules.
  • Ensure all learning materials (SCORM, xAPI, video, audio) meet accessibility standards and company branding guidelines.
  • Incorporate assessments, quizzes, and feedback loops to measure learner outcomes.

 

2. LMS Administration & Operations

  • Oversee daily platform operations, including uploading and publishing e-learning courses, modules, and resources.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, course enrollments, and permission structures for learners and facilitators.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, platform bugs, and user access problems to ensure continuous delivery.
  • Perform routine system audits, manage backups, and assist with LMS upgrades and integrations.

 

3. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track learner progress, analyze course completion rates, and evaluate the overall effectiveness of training programs.
  • Generate regular and custom analytics reports for stakeholders and management to measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
