Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct community mobilization and awareness sessions on disability inclusion, vision and hearing screening, and available services
2. Identify and engage persons with disabilities and caregivers for program participation
3. Coordinate with schools, community leaders, OPDs, and local organizations to facilitate outreach activities
4. Support community-based screening events and referral uptake.
5. Provide caregiver counseling and follow-up support.
6. Collect community feedback and contribute to accountability mechanisms.
7. Assist in tracking beneficiaries and ensuring inclusion of underserved and out-of-school populations.
