Education
BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree/MBA in HR preferred.
Job Description
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Support investigations related to employee complaints, disciplinary matters, and policy violations.
- Assist in conflict resolution and facilitate discussions between employees and management.
- Monitor employee morale and recommend initiatives to improve workplace culture.
- Support employee engagement surveys and action planning.
- Maintain positive employee relations through regular communication and engagement activities.
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) across departments.
- Develop and implement annual training calendars and learning plans.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Track employee training records and maintain learning databases.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development..
- Maintain employee records related to disciplinary actions, grievances, and training activities.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics related to employee relations and learning initiatives.
- Support HR audits and compliance reviews.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor/manager.
