Job Description
- Installing and maintenance of air conditions, furnaces, boilers, and ventilation equipment/ducting.
- Performing routine maintenance, cleaning components and replacing filters to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical & electrical faults in HVAC system and conducting necessary repair.
- Testing and calibrate system, checking refrigerant levels and identifying opportunities for energy efficiency.
- Responsible for monitoring of HVAC electrical panels HVAC equipment; FCUS, AHUS, Pumps, Cooling Towers, AC, Air Curtains, Fridges, Coolers, Dispensers and ventilation fans.
- Responsible for attending complaints of end users in the least possible time.
- Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of AHU rooms and HVAC equipment areas.
- Report any safety concerns, incidents, or equipment problems to management immediately.
