Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Engineer to ensure smooth operations of utilities and handle operational complaints during all shifts. The role requires managing systems efficiently after normal duty hours, responding to issues promptly, and maintaining high operational standards around the clock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair activities of facilities performed by maintenance teams, ensuring smooth and safe operations.

Plan, organize, and oversee daily and reactive maintenance tasks, providing guidance and supervision to the crew.

Assist in developing and implementing annual maintenance work plans, including estimating labor and material requirements.

Monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and ensure compliance with departmental goals, standards, and safety protocols.

Prepare and submit weekly operational reports and collaborate closely with all sections for efficient facility management.
BE or BTech (Honors).
