Job Description
- Execute outbound call campaigns targeting donors and prospective supporters.
- Conduct high-quality outbound calls for donor engagement, follow-ups, pledges, and fundraising initiatives.
- Track and support call center performance to help achieve assigned targets, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of donor interactions, call outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Address and resolve donor query or concern professionally, escalating complex cases when required.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, data confidentiality, and ethical calling practices.
- Assist in training and onboarding of new call center staff for outbound operations.
