Job Description
- Plan and execute effective penetration and fundraising activities to increase the individual donor base in assigned areas.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors from retail markets, wholesalers, and traders to strengthen community-based fundraising.
- Organize hospital visits, awareness drives and engagement activities to enhance public understanding and support for the organization's mission.
- Enhance fundraising efforts through collaborations, kiosk activities, and other established channels to maximize donor participation and contributions.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to improve fundraising outcomes.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure brand consistency and effective communication in all retail fundraising initiatives.
