Job Description
- Perform maintenance tasks including filling cracks of walls and all damaged areas.
- Perform all tasks involving painting, including the painting of walls, doors, chairs, pipelines, gates, etc.
- Ensure all tasks are executed and complaints are monitored.
- Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
- Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster)
- Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
- Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools
Matriculation, Minimum 3-4 years of relevant Experience
