Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field. Master’s degree will be preferred.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities and ensure timely purchasing of goods and services.
- Process purchase requests and issue purchase orders in line with organizational policies.
- Coordinate bidding processes, collect quotations, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Maintain supplier databases, procurement records, and monthly procurement reports.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and best practices.
- Coordinate with project sites and local administrators for operational requirements.
- Monitor market trends, evaluate suppliers, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve supplier-related issues including pricing, quality, delivery, and invoicing.
- Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
