Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement activities and ensure timely purchasing of goods and services.
  • Process purchase requests and issue purchase orders in line with organizational policies.
  • Coordinate bidding processes, collect quotations, and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Maintain supplier databases, procurement records, and monthly procurement reports.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and best practices.
  • Coordinate with project sites and local administrators for operational requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, evaluate suppliers, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Resolve supplier-related issues including pricing, quality, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
