Job Description
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic records in a systematic manner.
- Ensure proper filing of documents.
- Monitor compliance with organizational policies, SOP's.
- Prepare and maintain compliance reports, trackers, and documentation records.
- Conduct periodic record audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with departments for collection and verification of required documents.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive records and information.
- Track document expiry dates, renewals, and compliance deadlines.
- Assist in developing and updating record management procedures and compliance processes.
- Maintain databases and generate reports as required by management.
- Ensure all records are maintained according to organizational retention policies.
