Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting blood and other specimens as per doctor’s request and support timely ward collections under supervision.
- Support generation of IRS, assist in confirming specimen collection, and escalate samples not meeting SOP criteria to senior staff.
- Assist in maintaining phlebotomy equipment, ensure cleanliness of collection areas, and follow proper sharp disposal practices under guidance.
- Support monitoring of stock levels and ensure availability of consumables, reporting shortages to seniors.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and SOP guidelines, maintain basic collection records, and actively participate in training to develop phlebotomy skills.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Matriculation
- Experience: Fresh/Having knowledge about Phlebotomy
- Work Shift: Morning, Evening and Night (Rotational)
- Location: Korangi Crossing, Karachi
