Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all data collection, management, quality, and analysis of the assigned tasks.
2. Ensure that field level staff is well trained and understand all data collection tools in use and that these are refreshed and reiterated to new and existing staff on a regular basis.
3. Cross check daily reports from the field to help program managers.
4. Develop and analyse weekly / monthly / quarterly performance reports for internal review from the database.
5. Ensure that error log correctly filled and data rectification duly done effectively in the back end based on user error reports.
6. Prepare reports for external stakeholders.
7. Any other tasks assigned by the managers.
