Experience

Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of undergraduate and postgraduate educational programs. - Contribute to curriculum design, review, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Plan and facilitate faculty development workshops and training sessions.
- Provide guidance to faculty members on teaching, assessment, and educational best practices.
- Review examination items and maintain high-quality assessment standards.
- Participate in item bank (Q-bank) development, validation, and management.
- Conduct and contribute to scholarly research in Health Professions Education.
- Contribute to the development of online, blended, and digital learning resources.
- Participate in national and international conferences, seminars, and academic forums.
