• Preferably 3 to 5 years teaching experience in a medical, dental, or allied health sciences institutions. Experience in curriculum development, faculty development, assessment, or educational research will be an added advantage.

Education

• MBBS / BDS, candidates planning to pursue an MHPE or enrolled in MHPE are also encouraged to apply.

Job Description

• Job Responsibilities

  Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of undergraduate and postgraduate educational programs.
• Contribute to curriculum design, review, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Plan and facilitate faculty development workshops and training sessions.
• Provide guidance to faculty members on teaching, assessment, and educational best practices.
• Review examination items and maintain high-quality assessment standards.
• Participate in item bank (Q-bank) development, validation, and management.
• Conduct and contribute to scholarly research in Health Professions Education.
• Contribute to the development of online, blended, and digital learning resources.
• Participate in national and international conferences, seminars, and academic forums.
