Experience

• Previous experience in data collection for household surveys, baseline studies, or research projects with specific experience in Sexual and reproductive health, family planning, maternal and child health. • Experience using digital data collection tools (KOBO, Google Docs) preferred. • Understanding of data quality principles such as completeness and accuracy. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work in rural and remote field locations. • Preference for female candidates familiar with local languages and culture.

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in public health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or related field

Job Description

Location : 

District Qambar Shahdadkot, Sindh

Key Responsibilities

· Participate in enumerator training on survey tools, sampling procedures and ethical protocols.

· Conduct household interviews with Married Women of Reproductive Age (MWRA), Pregnant/Lactating Women, and Adolescents (15–19 years) and husbands.

· Follow approved sampling plan and household selection procedures.

· Ensure interviews are conducted in a private and respectful setting.

· Apply skip logic and validation checks during digital data collection.

· Record GPS coordinates and metadata for each interview.

· Submit completed digital questionnaires daily via KOBO.

· Report challenges including non-response, refusals or inconsistencies.

· Participate in daily debriefings with field supervisors.

· Maintain confidentiality and ethical handling of respondent information.
