Job Description
The Data Entry Officer will be responsible for data entry managing, analyzing, validating, and reporting to ensure data quality, support program, strengthen accountability, and enable evidence-based decision-making.
A. Data Management & Quality Assurance
- Data entry, compilation, cleaning, validation, and consolidation of immunization data from multiple companies.
- Conduct routine data quality checks, consistency reviews, and gap analysis.
- Identify discrepancies and data inconsistencies, and coordinate with site medical doctors for data review and technical guidance.
- Maintain structured, well-documented databases.
B. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Record screening, assessment, and program data accurately in approved formats and tools.
- Digitize collected data into designated databases and information systems in a timely manner.
- Verify, validate, and cross-check data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection standards in line with organizational policies.
- Secure both physical and electronic records to prevent unauthorized access or data loss.
- Coordinate with supervisors and relevant teams to address data discrepancies and updates.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, donor requirements, and reporting guidelines related to data management.
