Job Description
The Senior Application Support Executive responsibilities involves overseeing application development, maintenance, and strategy; requiring to provide application support and backend support for Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), Triage, patient flow, ERP & DB support. This role will be responsible for resolving end-user queries, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of all applications running across the hospital. The expertise will help us deliver high-quality support to our end-users and ensure the effective use of our software.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of application development, from design and programming to testing and debugging.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, to coordinate system development and integration.
- Ensure application architecture, security, scalability, and performance meet service needs.
- Proficiency in HMIS software, including patient management, billing, and clinical information systems.
- Experience with backend systems, including database management and integration technologies.
- Resolve end-user queries and issues related to HMIS & ERP.
- Provide timely and effective support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues related to HMIS software, including backend systems and integrations.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve root causes of issues.
