Job Description
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and rational use of medications by working closely with
physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. The role focuses on optimizing drug therapy (Collaborative Drug
Therapy Management - CDTM), preventing medication errors, providing clinical pharmacy services, and contributing to
improved patient outcomes.
