Position Overview:
The Deputy Manager – Application will be responsible for leading technical application processes, managing client requirements, and ensuring smooth implementation of products/solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, coordination with cross-functional teams, and the ability to deliver high-quality application support to customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Application & Technical Support

Oversee the end-to-end application process for products/solutions.

Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to customers and internal teams.

Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and on-site evaluations.

Ensure application processes meet quality, safety, and operational standards.
2. Project Execution & Coordination

Assist in planning and executing application-related projects.

Prepare project reports, documentation, and performance analysis.
3. Customer Engagement

Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.

Conduct customer visits, trainings, and feedback sessions.

Maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
4. Process Improvement
