The Assistant Manager responsible for implementing the quality of services in all clinical and non-clinical areas of the
hospital. Also, responsible to assist in the national and international accreditations and quality initiatives by establishing,
implementing, and maintaining the quality management systems, and other departmental responsibilities as assigned.
A. QUALITY MANAGEMENT & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintaining of quality management systems.
- Assist in the implementation of established performance metrics and monitor quality indicators to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
B. EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT & PERFORMANCE MATRIX
- Under the supervision conduct training programs for staff on quality improvement methodologies and patient safety practices.
C. RISK MANAGEMENT
- Provide support to end users in maintenance and analysis of the "Incident Reporting System".
- Identified risk are properly analyzed to identify root causes of system failures and enhance system performance through process improvement and formulate reports.
D. DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTING
- Analyze data related to patient outcomes, safety incidents, and quality metrics to inform decision-making. · Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on quality improvement initiatives and outcomes.
