Job Description
- Assist in developing a training and development model and determine needs that link directly to the organizational goals and objectives.
- Consult with managers and supervisors to assess training needs and organize programs to match these needs. Continually evaluate procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness.
- Coordinate and schedule training programs from a variety of resources; research, evaluate and select consultants and trainers to meet training needs as appropriate. (All IHHN campuses)
- Develop methods, procedures and systems to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training and development programs.
- Work with key resources at IHHN to improve processes and ensure training is effectively produced, assessed and reinforced.
- Assist with, prepare and deliver presentations as required.
- Plan, design, and configure an employee-focused Learning Management System (LMS) aligned with organizational needs.
- Upload, organize, and maintain e-learning modules, videos, documents, and assessments.
- Perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor / Manager / Head of department.
