Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver advanced physiotherapy interventions for orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-surgical patients.
- Assists and advises on relevant aspects of pre-surgical, post-surgical, medical and therapeutic management of individuals requiring prosthetic/orthotic devices.
- Identify and conduct training programs for pre-prosthetic and pre-orthotic needs for patient.
- Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans, and document outcomes.
- Provide physiotherapy services in OPD, inpatient, ICU, and rehabilitation settings as required.
- Supervise, mentor, and support house officers.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and research activities.
- Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and allied health teams for integrated patient care.
- Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary meetings.
