Job Description
- Ensure continuous availability of stocks from general store and supply chain (requisition, authorization, consumption, consumption approval through hmis)
- Ensure consumption records of items is maintained and up to date all the time.
- Notify any anomalies found in consumption patterns of stock.
- Follow stock alert level limits (stock out, expiry, over stock)
- Ensure good storage conditions of the stock (temp, light, air, humidity etc).
- Liaison with the finance department for timely audits.
- Liaison with it department for any relevant data entries.
- Any task assigned by hod.
