B. Pharm / Pharm-D with Masters’ degree from a reputable institution.

Job Description

  1. Should be aware of the Mission, Vision statements & core Values of IHHN. Practice them within department & IHHN with full dedication.
  2. Supervise and ensure that physical inventory must be matched with the computerized inventory and update its records as per SOP.
  3. Responsible for departmental KPI’s, Reports and development of performance measurement tools for Warehouse team.
  4. Ensure storage as per requirement of all pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, biologicals, lab items, disposables and medical devices, its space management and way forward for further improvement.
  5. Represent department on all relevant forums, meetings and committees such as Pharmacy and Therapeutic Committee and take part in its proceedings and formulary management.
  6. To monitor and ensure receiving, storage, dispensing and record keeping of Narcotics issuance as per regulatory requirements and SOPs.
  7. Take care of all warehouse operational matters along with corrective and preventive measures to resolve the issues.
  8. Ensure coordination with internal and external customers as well as with IHHN campuses for all related matters and documentation according to SOPs.
  9. Supervise and ensure implementation of all SOPs for supplies receiving, storage, labeling, issuance, sample evaluation and its documentation.
  10. Monthly and weekly meetings with staff and forward its minutes/documents to Manager Warehouse.
  11. Help Manager Warehouse to prepare and execute yearly departmental budget and goals.
  12. Regular review of Min/Max level and inventory reconciliation as per warehouse objectives and organizational needs.
  13. Regular monitoring of slow moving, dead stock and expiry management as per SOPs.
  14. Assist manager warehouse for all assigned tasks and responsible for Departmental Operations in his absence.
  15. Staff Duty Rota, leave management, staff training and approval evaluations.
  16. Supervise and look after the condemnation proceeding and ensure its proper implementation according to the condemnation policy.
  17. To update Warehouse manual, SOPs, Policies, and Staff JDs as per requirements.
  18. To keep communications clear, do not spread confidential information outside or within department with non-concern staff.
  19. Perform all tasks assigned by the Manager / Head of Department.
