Job Description

• Ensure implementation & monitoring of effective maintenance management program of Biomedical.
• Review and ensure compliance of departmental policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining of Biomedical KPI’s.
• Implementation of RACI Matrix.
• Timely preparation of OPEX and CAPEX annual Budget plan.
• To monitor effective utilization of staff.
• To lead the internal and external audits with ensuring corrective actions against audit findings.
• To ensure incident reporting and completion along with RCA.  
• To provide training and development plan for biomedical staff.
• To ensure all modalities /equipment are calibrated/validated and well-functioning with keeping patient & staff safety. 
• To prepare, implement and monitoring of risk management plan and critical equipment strategy.
