To work in coordination with departments that comes under Operations Directorate of IHHN to develop a comprehensive system of performance reporting. To analyze institutional data and to present it in actionable format under supervision of immediate supervisors.

1. To monitor KPIs and activity sheets of all departments which are under Operations.
2. To provide support to departments in developing KPIs and reporting on a   standardized template.
3. To review KPIs and activity sheets and give feedback on a regular basis.
4. To design, update and provide support for automation of KPIs for Operations Directorate under supervision of immediate supervisors.
5. To participate in special research studies as/when instructed.
6. Any special assignment given by Director Operations and/or immediate supervisor.

Certificates/diplomas/ degrees equivalent to bachelor or master degree by HEC.

3-5 years of working experience in a hospital.
