1. Create and execute plans to achieve fundraising goals from corporate organisations and high net worth individuals in the assigned areas of Central Punjab usually pitching for CSR grants, project based fundraising or otherwise
2. Build and maintain relationships and partnerships with the current and prospective donors, donor organisations in the respective areas
3. Engage the donors in fundraising events through securing sponsorships, and other collaboration
4. Enrol maximum no. of donors and generate fundraising through relationship management, arranging hospital tours and developing partnerships for brand visibility and engagement
5. Ensure smooth functioning of fundraising teams in the assigned central Punjab regional and responsible for productivity of the teams and achievement of assigned fundraising targets
