Financial Operations & Reporting:
• Record and process financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, including donor reports, management reports, and reconciliations.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring timely financial entries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by compiling necessary financial data.
Budget & Expense Management:
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor budget utilization across various healthcare programs.
• Track expenses, ensuring they align with approved budgets and funding guidelines.
• Prepare variance analysis reports and highlight key financial insights to the Assistant Manager, Finance.
Team Collaboration & Support:
• Coordinate with finance teams across different locations to ensure consistency in financial processes.
• Support finance staff in resolving accounting and financial queries.
• Assist in training junior finance team members on financial procedures and compliance.
