Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of program activities in assigned districts.
- Monitor progress against work plans, targets, and indicators.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of project achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Conduct regular field visits and provide technical support to field teams.
- Supervise field staff including Field Officers, Social Mobilizers, and other support roles.
- Facilitate regular team meetings, set performance targets, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Identify capacity gaps and organize training or mentoring as needed.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with local authorities, community leaders, government departments, and other NGOs.
- Represent the organization at district-level coordination meetings.
- Ensure community participation and accountability mechanisms are in place and effective.
- Submit monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports as required by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, beneficiaries, and expenditures.
- Contribute to donor reports and internal assessments.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure responsible use of project assets and adherence to operational guidelines.
- Support in budget tracking and financial forecasting.
